The company management is committed to this policy and measures and evaluates its success on the basis of specific key performance indicators. These are part of the objectives of LEADER Photonics GmbH and the target agreements derived from them.

When developing new products, we ensure that they have a service life of more than ten years and can be serviced for up to 15 years. At the end of their service life, all cameras are taken back free of charge and disposed of properly.
